The big girl working at 10:54 is rude as hell. She gave me dirty looks for asking a simple question and totally ignored me. The other worker had to step in and was completely sweet.

Its trashy not well kept and offers very little as far as pet go now. I can never find live feeder mice for our snake. The reptiles are always "coming soon" there was no heat rocks and the clearance section is always a mess. They throw stuff on the clearance shelf like a jenga game and wait to see which customer brings it crashing down. I usually have to ask my kids to pick things up off the floor for me (I use a cane) and others so we dont trip over things. This place seriously needs an overhaul and probably new management since the place is always this way.

I bought cat food there yesterday 1/5/26 that turned out to expired in June of 2025. When I went to go exchange it they tried charging me $15 because I had used my rewards on the expired bag I bought! On top of that when I was looking for a new bag of food to swap for, I found 4 more bags of food that had been expired! 2 expired in January of this year and the other 2 expired in October of last year! Very disappointed with how this store is running now. It used to be decent.

Great pet store and love the squeaky toy service call instead of annoying bells! Great selections, prices and friendly, knowledgeable associates. I'm usually there once a week and our furry baby loves to check out the store bags before anything can be put away! 😸♥️🐕

Got to store 15min before closing and wanted to purchase a marine fish. Was told to come back they had to clean the store because they were closing soon. They really didn't want to sell any fish. My luck by time I get there after work tomorrow they will say the same thing again.
