My daughter wanted a hamster for her birthday.. originally I picked up a tiny tales cage for her but after some research I realized we needed something different. I had so many questions! Ace answered all of them and even gave me some great recommendations! They were patient with me and even showed me their personal set up. This is the best service I have ever received at any PetSmart! & my hamster is so much happier with her new space. Thank you so much!

Love taking our furbaby to get groomed., she is a husky and sheds a ton. Dustin in the grooming department takes real great care of her. Definitely get the furminator.

There's a huge selection of products for a variety of pets. I selected a harness that appeared marked down. I was charged full price and I returned it and the store honored the post s d price for me. I was very appreciative. Thank you
