If I could leave a 0 star review I would in a heartbeat. Not only did my mom’s dog leave this salon in a laughable condition-the owners LACK of customer service and lack of care for regular customers that pay $200+ every appointment. All the owner could say was “I believe my employees and they don’t lie”..well how can you possibly explain why her dog came home with missing MORE than half of his fur off his ear and his under belly is supposed to be “groomed/shaved” and it’s so choppy sadly it looks like a 3 year old got ahold of scissor. SMH!! The fact that you said you would check the cameras and she had no clippers? You claim it was done by a vet? He’s not being treated for an ear infection..it’s just excuse after excuse on how or why it wasn’t done in your establishment lol so how did sh

Jessica was wonderful with my puppy's grooming. She was so patient and understanding with her. Jessica gave my pup a beautiful cut. I will definitely be going to her again.

Billy came in to see Delanie for a face trim, bath, and mani pedi. He loves her and did extremely well while on the table. While waiting in the lobby I could tell all the staff enjoyed being there working with their pups. The receptionist is so kind and well versed with all the shop services. A completely enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend this groomer. Our Toy Poodle always loves her visits and is treated with the BEST of care. The price is always affordable and met with top quality. In good humor, I have to double take that I took home the right dog because she's always so fresh and vibrant. She gallops around the room with joy when she sees when I come to pick her up. If they did boarding I would feel more than comfortable leaving my Maddie with them for vacations and short trips. :) The groomers are also very customer centric and great with follow-up and appointments. Please be patient with scheduling at this time. They will place you on their earliest waitlist. *Golden Rule For obvious reasons they're in high demand. The wait is well worth it! Grooms are great! They were so good with my girls! Grooming has doubled in price, but unfortunately, also decreases in quality at MANY locations. Not here! Here, you get what you pay for! Great service and a quality groom!
