Camp Crockett Dog Day Camp

My dog loves it here! She has been going for 2 years semi-regularly. The staff really know what they’re doing and she always arrives and leaves happy. I take her to day camp and have boarded her for up to 2 weeks before and she’s always happy. Leaving a voicemail is how I book & if they need anything else from me, they call me back. Definitely recommend!

Worry free boarding. Staff is professional & seem to enjoy what they’re doing. My 8yo dog has some separation issues & likes humans more than dogs. She does great here! Facility has indoor & outdoor space. Highly recommend for boarding & daycare for getting the zoomies out. Follow them on IG!

A previous dog in our family had gone here a few times in the past and had a good time. As other reviews have stated, one person in particular that worked up front often was quite short and not friendly at all, but that didn't matter to me too much since my dog enjoyed it. However, after our family got a new dog, it got next to impossible to reach anyone here to even set up a daycare or boarding. I emailed multiple times and never received a response. I got ahold of someone on the phone who directed me to make a new profile for my dog and to call back to set up a daycare appointment. Then it got impossible to reach anyone. After five calls, two emails, and a voicemail went unanswered, I just gave up and went somewhere else. Thankfully I was able to find someone to help us out.

Our dog Cosmo a Schipperke loves going to the day camp for little campers off 35th Avenue in West Seattle and really seems to enjoy the overnight boarding at this Burien location. We never worry about her safety, care and entertainment when we hand her off for overnight stays.

I am very sad to write this review- after years of recommending these folks to friends with pups! I had a trip to California scheduled recently, and when I called to book I was told that they had availability for the stay, I just needed to update vaccinations/parasite checks. I got all of the vaccinations up to date, screened for parasites, and over email confirmed with the business that they were uploaded to my profile. Then the DAY BEFORE I was set to drop the pups off I got a call saying I needed to come in for a day camp as my pups hadn't been in for 6 months (it had been 8 months). Obviously, this was not possible, as I was leaving the next day. I got this information over voice mail. So I called back. And left a message. No returned call. So I called back. No return call.
