Dr. Jeanie Welker is incredible. She takes her time with each patient and asks questions to determine what treatment is best for our pets. She has been caring for our sister-puppies since birth. She provided clear plans when the pups had developmental delays and provides alternatives to expensive medicines. She treats the whole pet. Recently one of our pups went in for an ear infection. An ear cleaning and a single treatment in office was enough to clear up her irritation immediately. We are thankful to have Dr. Welker in our corner.

I’ve been taking my pets here for years, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole team is kind, patient, and genuinely loves the animals they see. They even manage to work their magic with my grumpy little chihuahua who usually hates everything and everyone. He actually lets them handle him, which still shocks me. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the doctors are incredibly thorough. They take the time to explain what’s going on, answer every question, and make sure you understand the plan for your pet. I’ve never felt rushed or brushed off. It’s clear they truly care about both the pets and the people who walk through the door. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a clinic that treats your pets like family.

Recently our cat underwent dental surgery after a medical concern we had. Dr. Selmon responded with specific information and treatment options. Her knowledge and experience gave us confidences and trust to proceed. Both of our cats have been treated by each of the Doctors here at Normandy Animal Hospital and each one has shown compassion and understanding. Every staff member is always friendly and very welcoming. Getting an appointment has never been a problem. We highly recommend their services.

As you see Danny & I just woke up from a Sunday nap. We love napping together ! Since I'm retired it seems like we do that alot. We were comparing bellys, I still have him beat, he doesn't mind though cuz he loves sleeping on mine ! It was another 5 star visit, Dr. Piper Selmon did an excellent exam on Danny. She explained all my options for medicine I could get for Danny . Thank you NORMANDY ANIMAL HOSPITAL !

I have been to this vet hospital a couple of times for my cat, just for annual check ups. The staff here is amazing and they are great at explaining things. *just wanted to update my review to include this* Our cat unfortunately passed away in January (he was 15 and had very sudden health issues so we took him to an emergency vet) and I had to call and cancel a regular appointment he had with Normandy. After I explained that we had to say goodbye to him, we received this card in the mail from the staff. It was incredibly kind and once we get new pets we will definitely be bringing them here.
