Doctor Bowman, Thank you for the kindness, patience, and compassion you showed our family during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced the loss of our beloved dog, Blake. Your gentle approach and reassuring presence brought us comfort when we needed it most. Although saying goodbye was heartbreaking, your professionalism and empathy made a painful experience feel peaceful and dignified. We will always be grateful for the care you took with Blake and for the respect you showed our family throughout the process. I’ve brought my dog here occasionally when other vets are unavailable as I use their equine vet frequently. Very kind staff and knowledgeable vets. This was my dogs first vet experience and they made it great for her. They are a bit expensive compared to other vets in the surrounding area- but nonetheless very good.

The entire team and staff here are very friendly and helpful. I trusted their opinions and expertise. However, they had a lack of appointment availability (especially for day of appointees) which is what caused me to seek out a different Veterinary Clinic. Not being available during case of sickness or emergency is not the most convenient, especially when trying to get records transferred. Overall, I do recommend The Oaks for the care they offer, but give only 4 stars for the convenience (or lack thereof)

Dr. Clark is wonderful. Such excellent bedside manner. She's really knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen.
