Eclipse Pets

It is always a blast coming here. Nancy cares more about the pets than anyone else. She definitley knows what she is doing and takes care of the pets, unlike your other pet stores such as petco and such. Nancy is always funny and intuitive. She will help the best she can and will not tolerate bs. She has great feed options as well for different animals. She also has great bedding options as well. If she doesnt have something she can order it or she will direct to a potentially better option.

Amazing! Beautiful owners! Amazing quantity of supplies for different animals including exotic animals. The quality and selection for such a small area is extensive.

Very disappointed and confused. I expected way better based on the reviews. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a local place to support. I called asking if they had female mice available as pets, and asked if she had more than basic white feeders. She seemed slightly offended and told me they bred their own colonies and had several colors. That was fine, I would be proud if I bred my own pretty colonies, too. But everyone I called prior only had white feeders if anything at all, which I explained to her later. Settling on two females after going through a few groups, I ended up with a standard young adult stage, and a younger stage. This was okay with me since they're intended as pets, but as I carried them through the store in their deli cup while looking for enrichment stuff

Fell in love with this shop! One of the only shops within the Isle of Wight area that works with exotic animals, stocked with necessities for MANY exotic animals (snakes, lizards, rodents, amphibians, etc), and the owner was so sweet and extremely helpful! They had everything I needed and were very knowledgeable. Will for sure be a returning client :)

As a snake owner, they have everything I need and then some! Reasonably priced and well kept. I will be shopping here much more often!!
