I recently brought my tripod pup to Northwest Dog Shop for a nail trim, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop had such a calm and quiet atmosphere, which allowed him to fully relax — a rare and wonderful thing during nail trims! I loved that I could be present with him and even bring along a high-value treat to make the experience extra positive. The care, patience, and skill shown during his trim were exceptional, and she did a fantastic job. We left with perfectly trimmed nails and zero stress. This is exactly how a nail trim should be — positive, comfortable, and completely free of fear. We’ll absolutely be coming back here for all future nail trims. It is so much easier to wash my dog in the big tub with the proper tools readily available. The restraining strap is an added bonus, so no fear of my dog escaping. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shop also has plenty of options for treats and other dog related items.

I 100% love this dog wash. It is so easy to use and pet friendly. I also enjoy when I come in and see Ava’s smiling face. She is always so helpful and sweet.

My dog likes the treat selection, there are a few that are unique to the area. It's a great pit stop on a walk downtown with a fur friend. I'm a big fan of small businesses and they are very friendly, I mean not as friendly as the dogs in there, but close.
