EXCEPTIONAL! Dr. Lisa has created a unique practice unlike any I have visited. The atmosphere is more often than not calm with appointments well timed. This is a breath of fresh air to the many people or pets that struggle with mental health/anxiety. Kaci runs the front end doing triage. She does a fantastic job making sure pets are able to be seen especially when emergencies present. All of the vet techs are kind and compassionate. I have seen Molly and Stephanie the most and always feel welcomed and heard. Dr. Lisa is outstanding. She does a wonderful job listening while assessing the pet's needs. Companion Animal Wellness Center has created an amazing environment for pets and their owners. Our rescue puppy has them all to thank for teaching her that vets aren't scary and catching a couple issues early so that she can have a happy and healthy life. The staff is attentive and I love that they have a text message system where I can have a dialogue. As someone who works, this is an incredible option so that I don't have to break away and make or catch a phone call.

We've had nothing but positive experiences here with all of the staff, including Kaci at the front desk, the vet techs, and especially Dr. Kate Stevens. Our dog is pretty anxious and dog reactive, but they were all understanding with that and he actually loved coming here! We only went here for a year and half due to a relocation but when we first came to the clinic, our dog had been diagnosed with a serious health condition from another vet. But Dr. Stevens did the correct test on him (which the previous vet said he didn't need), and confirmed he didn't have that condition. Dr. Stevens also referred him out to a specialist when another issue cropped up later that she didn't have expertise in, which we appreciated. She was always very gentle with him and sat on the floor with him for exams

Going to let you in on a little secret, this vet office is one of the kindest and most efficient offices I've ever encountered. This vet is wonderful, from the reception staff, to the vet techs, as well as Dr. Lisa and Dr. Kate! They are compassionate and loving. My sweet Callie dog has struggled with skin allergies and they took the time to give me detailed and straight forward advice on the diagnosis, options for medical intervention and the prognosis Very fair pricing, I didn't feel like I was being "upsold" on anything when we came in. My dog Mud and I have used Companion since she was puppy. Everyone there absolutely adored her and treated her with the top quality care a single dog dad could hope for! Dr. Stevens is a rock star, she beams with compassion for animals. She also referred me to a live abroad dog trainer whom her college classmate was the kennel vet. That was an unbelievably positive experience for my dog and myself. After moving away and unfortunately having to find a new vet, the staff has been extremely helpful in providing all the info needed to transfer with a helpful smile!
