I love this place. The staff is great, they give you options, & they treat the animals like they are first priority. I had to put down my dog Banana last May & well the staff was exceptional. They where so helpful i was falling apart & they where so patient & just awesome. Then my dog Holly had a serious issue throwing up blood a few days ago(shes doing just fine now thanks to these guys) & again the staff was over the top helpful. They seem to genuinely care about every creature that comes to them for help. They dont treat you like a # & they are very reasonable priced. Ive read a couple of the 1 star reviews the complaints are mainly financial reasons & I know y'all dont want to hear this but if you cant afford to keep the health & well-being of your animal up then maybe you shouldn't hav

Absolutely one THOUSAND percent recommend. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. The doc was compassionate, knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I could understand without talking down to me. He was transparent with costs and covered all options along with his recommendations. There was a wait but that is to be expected when they are taking care of critical patients. It is expensive but worth every penny and they give you an estimate before they treat. They turned a scary situation into a caring interaction.

Our beautiful girl Luna came in an emergency and she was greeted immediately and taken care of without missing a beat. Despite the heartbreaking ending that’s rocked my entire world - I can only give words of outstanding praise for the staff. Particularly Trish who went above and beyond - stayed with us the whole time, was patient, caring and compassionate who truly cares for everyone involved. We could not have been in better hands. I am so so grateful to all the staff that supported us as Luna crossed over. Thank you all so so much.

Incredible! I was so scared for my baby Oz… so of course I started having my own medical crisis. The doctors, vet techs and office staff were incredible. They took care of my little guy, kept my friend informed because she was monitoring for me. My friend and her daughter have been in the vet field for years. They both told me how impressed they were with communication and compassion! We never went a moment not knowing what was happening. My friend coordinated everything with the clinic and SHE is in Arizona! Im soooooo lucky that in a pet emergency panic and seizure brain (me) that I found these incredible people! My little Oz is on the mend 🐾❤️🐾 With ALL my heart… THANK YOU!

I took my 15-year-old German Shepherd in for a severe ear infection and baldness on her behind. I had saved up $300 thinking that would be enough to get an ear cleaning and some medication. After they inspected her they said they would need to sedate her to clean her ears.. I said well that's fine whatever needs to be done because she is in severe pain constantly shaking her head. I told him I have been giving her medication but it's gotten out of my abilities to treat her.. I told him I had $300 in I am unemployed laid off at the time and living out of my truck.. they basically said that would not even be close to what they needed to sedate her and clean her ears. And basically kicked me out of the door with my dog in pain.. I told him my situation and they could see how much pain she wa
