The Noble Dog Hotel

​You know, I genuinely debated whether I should even share this, but after the complete lack of communication and care we received, I truly believe other dog owners need to know what happened at The Noble Dog. ​We left our active one-year-old German Shepherd Husky mix there for a week's stay, and while we understand that accidents happen during dog playtime—that’s just part of it. What happened next was entirely unacceptable. When we went to pick him up, we were simply told he’d be tired from all the playing, and honestly, we felt a little rushed out the door. ​We knew something was wrong right away. Our dog usually vaults himself straight into the back of the SUV, but this time, he wouldn't jump. We chalked it up to him being exhausted and maybe stressed from his first big kennel stay. Wh

This was the first time my dogs had been around lots of other dogs so I was nervous. Within 30 minutes of dropping them off I was sobbing and checking the cameras constantly. The larger of the 3 seemed to be unsure of it and I was too. An hour later at work I got a message. It was pictures of them and an update detailing all that they had done today showing me that they were having a blast and everything was going well. They even made friends! The next 3 days my dogs were so excited to get in the car and go to daycare; not even looking back at me when I dropped them off. Georgia, my high sassy girl, refused to leave the car and would pout for an hour after I picked her up because I took her from the fun. All of my pups have lived staying and playing at Noble dog. They always pull to the door when they arrive and do not want to leave when we pick them up. The twin bed in the suites keeps our mind at ease that the pups are always comfortable. The noble staff is the best, they were able to take excellent care of Zoe after her TPL surgery so that we could enjoy our vacation without worries of any issues arising. By far the best doggy daycare and boarding facility in the Greenville area. I tried a few other places but never trusted the staff but with Noble Dog I never think twice about the safety of my pup. I know he is cared for and loved by all the staff and he has the best time playing and socializing. The staff has always been amazing since day one. They are always able to squeeze Archer in at the last second and are always so excited to see him come through the front door. I have attended a training with the Director of Etiquette and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and gave me a folder of handouts to take home. She truly went above and beyond. We love this "hotel." Before my elder dog passed away, he spent days here fo social time and in the evenings when I had to travel. He liked Noble Dog — especially the people. Now my two new pups board at The Noble Dog Hotel. I always feel 100% confidant in their staff. Everyone I have interacted with at Noble has been kind and tuned into both dogs and owners. It is wonderful to have this fantastic local resource. The design is also great — it elevates the architectural scene in Greenville for sure.
