Love the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. < br />They make you feel like you and your pet are their only patient. I felt like they listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I appreciate the fact that they take as much time as needed to listen and then explain what they will be doing and how they came back to explain that everything went well and that my pet was fine and would be back shortly. They explained what the medications were, what they were for and how long and how much to give. They also explained side effects and how to handle them. I also appreciate how they made us feel like there was no else that needed to be seen, like we were the only patient that day. I feel that this is relationship that will last.

Staffs are friendly and they do answer all our questions. Though it took us a longer time to complete the process, everything turned out to be all fine. The nurse on duty and Dr. Meghan were superb 👌. We were dealing with a lot of concerns with our dogs but they tried to deal with all of those. The treatment plan that was offered to our chiuahua was so effective that he can finally sleep well without scratching his skin since the last vet visit.

While we continue to search for a mobile vet in Greenville, we had a sick cat in need of care. Per reco from a friend, we chose Augusta Rd Animal Hospital and had a very positive experience. The team is warm and welcoming, and they made it comfortable for our cat getting her into a room right away. That is big news for cat families! The place is bright and clean and pleasant for both pet and parent. We received the services we requested and we left satisfied. We highly recommend this facility and team.

My sick lab was seen quickly by their team without even being a patient with them! They were so concerned and welcoming to me and Mackey! I felt like he received the best most immediate care without the crazy price or wait times of emergency vets! Our other vet retired and we haven't established care with a new one - Augusta Road is our new place The immediate attention and care for a scary time for me and my pup!

My German Shepherd has been so incredibly thin for years - we have been to several vets and no understanding why - you could always see her ribs and we were feeding her tons of food. The doctor there found that her pancreas doesn’t create the enzymes she needs. We got the powdered enzymes and sprinkle it on her food - such a simple fix - and she has gained 10 pounds in 3 weeks!!! Love this place so much!!!! They also helped with my parents senior dog - she is a totally different dog now! Cannot say enough about them!
