The Market at Oma's Pride

This is my first order. Not a good look. Delivery and customer service stinks! Brian ? Is Inaccessible to the clients. Ordered on the 25th of the month. It is now the 3rd of the following month at 4pm and still no food. Out for delivery? I actually live 30 minutes from their warehouse. Been makeshifting food for a week now With zero correspondence as to when the food will arrive. I had to make phone calls to find that out. . My dogs stomachs are not happy! I’m on a bulk box every two weeks. That’s a lot of food and I won’t be lasting very long with this company if they can’t do a better job. It’s not the delivery time I’m disputing. It’s the lack of communication so that I can prepare better that bothers me.

After years of making my dog’s raw meals myself I finally decided to try some raw food providers to save time. After going through a few I finally settled on Oma’s pride about 5 months ago. The quality of the food is great and my dog loves the variety. I cycle through their beef, chicken, turkey and lamb veggie combos. Price is middle of the road but very fair for the quality of food you get. I’ve found cheaper brands but Oma’s quality was much better. Cost/value will also depend on the dog though. I have a 10 year old 100lb Cane Corso so I use their Extra Large dog plan reordering every 3 weeks which maintains his current size. I recently got my dad using their plan for his 3 year old 50lb Staffordshire Terrier and he uses their medium size dog plan only reordering every 4 weeks. So if yo

I've fed my sport dogs Oma's Pride raw food for many years. My Labrador is now 12 years old and still competing. My whippet has won multiple titles in multiple sports. I love their Woof complete formula, their Performance Dog formula, and their chicken and turkey necks. I highly recommend them <3

Beware of new logistics/delivery company (Axlehire, quick google will show you how terrible they are) that they are now using. Sadly, I’ve had to cancel my subscription after 3 years of good experiences with this company (when they still used FedEx). Food always came still frozen, packaged perfectly. They used to be super dependable and the customer service is always amazing. Unfortunately, no longer. Asking for a refund for my lost package took 2 days of back and forth with their customer service, with them arguing with me that the package is still showing “to be delivered.” This was not true, but I realized they are seeing that because they didn’t even bother actually clicking on the tracking link to see the live status. Quality product for a great price. And the best, and i mean THE BEST, customer service. My dogs loves the beef and salmon loafs and i recommend them to anyone who asks what i feed my pups.
