Petco

I visited Petco to buy senior dog food for my 16-year-old dog. Whenever I visit Petco for my senior dog, I always find myself looking at so many things. The store is clean, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place to other pet owners

Came in today to get a mini make over for Lili, she is very fussy and hates to get her nails done but Tara was so patient and extremely kind and comforting with her and myself! She’s a saint, so great at what she does and I would recommend anyone go to see her at this location. Thank you Tara for taking care of Lili, and for making this stressful experience easier for me! :)

A decent Petco in the area. There was a grooming and adoption area. I can't say much about those services since I haven't used it. The store was organized and well stocked. You can find all of your pet needs there. I decided to check out the pet section for my toddler since he loves hamsters.They had a pretty big fish section. They had a bunch of beta fishes separate from the others for obvious reasons. There was a bird cage with a few beautiful parakeets. There were plenty of guinea pigs, mice, rats, gerbils, and hamsters. The animals looked well fed and the cages were clean.

I never leave a bad review but just awful customer service!!! I called to see if they had my dog specific food in stock, rude!!! Cayll Southington no problem! Went out of their way to look and had it as well, simple question Avon couldn't even answer and didn't even care to look!

I went in for fish and did not buy any. There were dead fish in many of the tanks and I didn't trust that a purchased fish would be healthy. Even the poor bettas in cups looked terrible. Highly disappointed with this quality of care. The fish deserve better.
