I’ve been taking my cat Princeton to Sam once a year for the past 5 years, ever since I got him, and she has always been absolutely amazing and attentive. At our most recent appointment, Princeton had been having some skin issues, and Sam went above and beyond. She took the time to give me helpful insight into what it could be, shared tips on how to manage it, and even provided a spray to use at home—which has helped SO much. I’m truly grateful for her knowledge, skill, and genuine care. Sam is truly the cat whisperer! Highly recommend—she’s amazing.😽

Samantha is the best!! I was feeling overwhelmed with caring for my cat Garfunkel’s long coat- he had lots of mats that needed to be taken care of. She was so gentle with him and got his fur feeling so much better. She also gave me information on how to care for his fur at home. Garfunkel is feeling so much more handsome now! We are so grateful!

My beautiful Persian Batman got his first hair cut. He looks and feels amazing. He also left so relaxed and was purring his heart away at pick up. So excited for him to go back in the future. The information that was provided prior to booking his appointment and after was that extra step taking to show Samantha truly cares about about her fur clients and is so Knowledgeable. Batman loves coconut oil and spaghetti so he went to the main lion pretty greasy and left so soft, clean, and handsome!

The BEST cat groomer in PA. My cat gets the tigon cut and it is PERFECTION every time. The owner is always so kind and has gotten my cat in for last minute grooming sessions multiple times. She uses great techniques to make sure it’s a calm experience for your cat. I have never met someone more passionate about her job and I am always beyond happy with my cat’s results. I drive over 45 minutes to see her and will continue to do so!

I took my long-haired cat to Main Lion several times for grooming, and each time the experience was outstanding. He had both the lion cut and the dragon cut—both of which turned out absolutely beautiful. While we’ve tried other groomers who also did a good job, Samantha at Main Lion is truly the best. What really sets her apart is not just the quality of her grooming, but the care and attention she gives to the cats. She takes the time to educate pet owners on fear-free grooming methods, which made a huge difference in reducing my cat’s stress. That level of thoughtfulness and expertise is something I haven’t encountered elsewhere. Although I’ve moved from the area, I highly recommend Main Lion and would return in a heartbeat if I returned to the area.
