Concord Pet Foods & Supplies

It always ruins my day when I have to go into the Concord pet food store in Paoli. They rarely have in stock the Elm food that my dogs need. They never asked to help you carry the food to your car. They act like they’re doing you a favour just ringing you up. I would never go except that it’s close to my house. The one in Fraser is excellent but It requires a special trip out there. From now on though it’s definitely worth it! Another bad experience today.. So I finally decided to write a review.

Went to Concord Pet to get a treat for my dog (who was with me) and I asked for help and the staff could not even be bothered to help. When I asked for help the staff member just pointed me to a place I had already been which I explained to her. Won't be back and I suggest you shop elsewhere were they are helpful and want your money. This is the second time that I have gone into this store and gotten no help and it will be my last.

I hate giving this store a negative review however I need management to realize the vagueness and confusion that comes with corporate marketing and coupons are hurting their customer experience. Although the front desk staff were very courteous they were very confused what constitutes a dog “treat” with the coupon I tried to use. Long story short I left without buying treats and was very disappointed in my experience.

Love all of your staff except 1 cashier Janice. Everyone else exceptional. Best help I have ever had by your management team. Your young man and ladies help me with everything from my fish needs to my cat needs. And my grand puppy needs . I will always drive 45 minutes to your store every time Thank you so much to all your great staff

My dog's favorite store. Not that he comes with me, but he knows the brown bag I come home with has goodies in there just for him and his nose is on top of me when I walk in the door! Their selection of dog food is exceptional, yes I can get Dr Harvey's here and Fresh Pet (when in stock). The staff have always been so helpful and welcoming every time I walk in the door. Easy access from parking. Worth a stop to check out.
