Petco

I drive to this petco for fish and shrimp for my tank. The person working is bagging fish for a customer yet tells me he is not selling live [fish] today as he is alone as he is literally bagging and selling live fish. Then proceeds to sell the next person live crickets. UPDATE. Did a bot or ai respond to my review?

All the staff are very helpful an nice, knowledgeable on the things we need for our pets... Very good Customer service I'm familiar with most Dave Manager just excellent an super smart nice down to earth! Andrew is very smart with a lot of questions I have about fish An nice.. Alot of the Woman that work at Paoli Petco are so very sweet, some times I forget names so nice to interact with.

Christina us my groomer there. She does a great cut on my pup.

Love this store (Paoli). Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They always ask if they can help and are readily available. Always a great experience.

Long time customer of Petco, and of this location. Manager was rude and dismissive to me, while being determined to not make things right. The other staff working there have been great over the years, but I cannot recommend this location. All because of one person.
