Unfortunately, they are adding to the population by allowing stray cats to give birth. This is a smack in the face for all TNR volunteers, rescuses, and shelters. Taking foster away from already born cats dying outside waiting for help.
My roommate adopted their cat from this rescue, and I just wanted to say thank you! She’s such a love bug
