The K9 Coach

We worked with Neil (K9 Coach) for over a year to help our rescue dog become more confident. When we adopted him, he was scared of everything and chewed incessantly out of nervous restlessness. He had to be carried outside to do his business and couldn’t walk on a leash. He couldn’t be left at home for more than a few hours before he became destructive. In just a few sessions with Neil, our puppy started learning critical skills to helping him feel more calm and independent. It took a lot of consistency and practice, but he’s now a much happier, less destructive dog. Neil is a great coach and our dog loved his visits. He trained both our dog and the members of our family to be the strong leaders our puppy needed to feel safe. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend

Neil has been an incredible help with our standard poodle over the last year. He really helped us transform our pandemic puppy into a confident, obedient dog. He provided great support in our weekly lessons, and also gave us fun exercises to use at home in between lessons to strengthen our bond with our dog. My husband and I are so grateful for all the progress Bruno has made over the 2 years since we got him from a rescue. Neil worked with us to teach him basic commands like sit and stay and take it nice, break some bad habits like jumping, and walk nicely with the right leash and harness combination. Neil has been helping us with our rotti puppy since January, as we had no idea how to control our stubborn Zeus. Neil showed us techniques to help calm Zeus in his wild man out bursts. Not only did Neil teach us life long skills, he also taught us how dogs communicate and how to build a relationship with our pup. Zeus was horrible walking on a harness, and we were very frustrated. Neil never gave up and was very patient in teaching us how to train Zeus on a harness. Now I am able to take Zeus to parks and he walks nicely right by my side! Zeus is a much better behaved boy now, Neil truly is the dog whisperer!! I would recommend Neil’s dog training services to anyone needing help!
