Exotic and Small Animal Hospital of Pennsylvania

Took my 10 year old senior bunny here after noticing a mass on her cheek. The care and love they show your pet is unlike any other vet I’ve ever been to. Previously I took her to 2 different vets for a limping issue among other issues. Both vets said there is nothing wrong with her foot. This vet quickly found out what was wrong and I’m so sad I trusted those other vets and left my girl in pain for so long. I truly will never go anywhere else. This place is worth your time and every dime! Truly, thank you so much to Dr. Rassin and her knowledgeable staff at EAHP for care of our little tortoise Toots. She wasn’t eating and began to be very frail. From our initial inquiry emails, the staff replied very quickly. After setting an appointment, they accommodated us quickly via email when we needed to change to an early slot with no problem or hesitation! Once we got to the office, the check-in was quick and easy. The exam rooms and offices were very clean and welcoming. The nurse listened patiently as we made our concerns about Toots. Once Dr. Rassin came in, it was a done deal in all the best ways. She wrapped up the appointment so thoroughly with great advice and we ended up getting an IV for our small tortoise and advice on how to

We absolutely love Dr. Rassin and everyone at the Exotic and Small Animal Hospital! The entire team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the health and well-being of our rats as much as we do. They’re always kind, responsive, and willing to answer questions in person, over the phone, or by email. We’re so grateful to have found a vet who treats our pets with such empathy and respect.

There are not enough words and there is not enough space in this text box to properly say how much we love and appreciate Dr. Rassin and everyone who works at EAH. They take care of your pets like they are their own. Dr. Rassin is so incredibly knowledgeable and has helped us better understand our bunnies and their needs which has lead to us taking much better care of them. We just lost our sweet girl and Dr. Rassin made herself available to us on a Sunday. Our family can never thank her enough for all she has done for our Cherry as well as our other two bunny girls. Dr Rassin has literally brought my reptiles back from the dead - that doesn’t just speak to her clinical acumen, but her ability to emotionally validate my concerns about the quality of care I am providing as a client / keeper. She reminds me constantly that reptiles take time to heal, and that we really are doing the best we can. My turtle, snake and now tortoise are in the best of hands. Her junior staff are also incredibly knowledgeable and experienced - you can see every patient visibly relax under their handling during appointments.
