I took my pup here for a last min grooming due to the location we always go to not having availability. The person I booked with apparently had already left which Im not sure why they even allowed me to book for him in the first place. The girl I spoke to about how I wanted her to look and what services I wanted told me she couldn’t cut her too low (i asked for a good cut down since it had been a while but not for her to be completely bald). I trusted her judgement and when I picked my pup up she was cut down extremely short. This was NOT the trim I selected at all, her face grooming is terrible, she convinced me to pay more money for a condition and nail file which clearly did not happen and I literally hate the way my pup looks right now! Now my poor baby has to suffer til her fur starts

Got what I went for but they ran out of an Rx dog food I desired a few weeks ago and they still haven't restocked it. "Supplier issues". They ere gracious enough to check their other stores and same deal. Ended up ordering from Chewey.

Extremely impressed by this locations aquatics section. Tanks were well maintained and there’s someone obviously knowledgeable taking care of things there. I appreciate making sure these fish are going somewhere they are going to be properly treated and asking questions like “do you have a tank” “what size” shows care not many locations are willing to do. Bravo.

Beta fish so illy taken care of the water in their cups was so dirty you couldn’t tell there was a fish in the cup. All gold fish w/ bloat. Animal neglect at its finest.

Recently had my dog Royce groomed this past Saturday Aug.29th and I am not pleased at all on the outcome. My dog doesn’t look good the groomer took way too much off and said he was super matted but I found that hard to believe cause I keep up with my dogs coat so it doesn’t get matted. Nothing is even and his face looks awful he looks like a completely different dog. Our groomer was Amanda H not sure if this was her first time but I won’t be back to petsmart for grooming anymore $130 for something that doesn’t look good is insane
