They have it down. Fantastic communication and helpful as could be. They also held my feet to the fire to make sure I had everything up to date with my current dog and ready to go when we adopted, which shows me they really care for the well being of these animals. Honest and friendly. Can’t say enough good things.

My experience here was A+. The staff was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, accommodating, and all the other great stuff. I enjoyed them so much that I plan to volunteer! My baby girl is the sweetest thing ever, and I would only ever adopt from here as long as I live in Michigan. Thank you for all your hard work!

We (Tom and kid) were going to adopt a kitten for dad's ex wife (my mom) who couldn't get in contact with her landlord in time. The staff were bare minimum. Then We found the cat she was looking for called "Zuko". we also found another cat we wanted to adopt. Staff then took us to the bonding room . I was really excited to get Zuko, then employee came in and told us Zuko had an application already. They then brought us another kitten. We were ready to adopt both of them, then the staff made us wait untill monday (it was saturday) because they thought something fishy was going on. They're reason was that since someone came in with the same last name cancells then another family member comes in somethings fishy??? In our case, they thought that we were getting for my mom because her landlor
