I brought my dogs here as I was looking for a new vet, because their old vet retired. The receptionist was a sweetheart. When it came time to meet the new vet (Dr. Cross), I was not impressed. Both of my dogs are older (15 years old), and I did not like the way she was handling them. My dogs (Boston terriers) were scared, and rather than being calm and comforting, she just grabbed them and jerked them around as she did her check up. She was very rude when I asked questions, and not once did she smile. I do not recommend this place for any animals! Thankfully, I found a great vet for them. We will not be back.

They are reasonably priced, kind to the animals and very efficient. They gave my babies laser treatment to accelerate healing and lessen pain, my boys bounced right back after a day. Could not recommend them more!!!

The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, but unfortunately, the person who examined my cat came across as passive-aggressive and inconsiderate. I understand that everyone has their own struggles, but we’re all dealing with something and compassion goes a long way, especially in a setting like this. I brought my cat in because I was extremely anxious about his breathing. When I was struggling to get him out of his carrier while he was panting and scared, the staff member sighed impatiently instead of offering support or reassurance. Her attitude made my anxiety much worse at a time when I was already very worried about my pet. She also gave off the impression that she didn’t want to be there, which was disheartening to see in someone working with animals and their concerned

It's a long drive for me, but this clinic is "real", with caring people who know what they're doing. After losing one female to a spay elsewhere and having the next spend days at an emergency hospital because her spay had been rushed, I took my last girl to Dr. Cross because I knew she'd take the time to do it right. Good decision!

Place is dirty and the vet is rude. Front desk lady was nice and smiled at us when we came in. She made us feel more welcomed than the veterinarian did.
