while shopping I visited with the guinea pigs and rabbits. I was very impressed at how clean the cages were and the abundance of food, cut veggies and treats they had. They were all so cute:)

For years, Bonnie and Veronica have added to our trips to Magoo's. They are more than just a friendly face. They care about us as regular customers. They have helped cheer up our son when he was struggling with anxiety. Seeing the animals calmed him down. They shared in our grief of losing our dog. They're helpful and professional, but it feels like seeing friends when I walk into the store.

Please do not buy fish from the store. Do not support this companies cruelty and neglect towards their fish. I was in at the Courtland Mall location on 3/27 and was absolutely horrified at the condition of their fish. This was not the only fish, nor the only tank, that has been completely taken over by ich and the fish are suffering. UPDATE - Another visit, more dead and sick fish 6/15. Do not support this businesses sale of fish.

Buy at a discount. But check expiration dates. Some where over a year expired. Friendly and helpful employees. I will go back.

The gentleman helping at the counter was very friendly, as most of the staff is. I enjoy this pet supply store because of that very reason.
