I brought my pups here for the first time and I am absolutely thrilled with how they came out!!!! My Bichon was so clean and soft, and he smelled AMAZING!! Shay spritzed him with this doggie cologne that made him smell like a man instead of dirt. And she did great with my little piranha of a Cattle Dog puppy. She was able to clip AND dremel his nails nice and smooth. Now I’m not getting shredder by his raptor talons!! They were both so happy after their spa day, and they came home and slept until dinner time. It was nice to put away groceries and cook without a puppy under my feet!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing First Visit to The Haunted Hound! I can’t say enough great things about our first visit to The Haunted Hound! Shay, the groomer and owner, was incredibly patient and attentive. She even let my dog take short breaks and walk around between sessions, which made such a big difference in how comfortable he felt throughout the process. One thing I really appreciated was the communication Shea texted me 15–20 minutes before he was ready so I could be there right on time for pick-up. I arrived a few minutes early and was so happy to see my dog calmly getting groomed, no crying or signs of stress at all on his very first visit! This is hugely important to me, especially after reading horror stories about dogs being nicked or leaving other grooming salons visibly shaken. It’s clear that

So happy! Shay got my giant 7-month-old puppy, Atlas, quickly scheduled for his first professional groom. I’ve been bathing him myself until now, and it was taking me way too long. Shay was incredibly kind and loving with him, and she had him looking beautiful in just an hour and a half. His nails, coat, trim, (everything!) looks fantastic. It’s such a relief to have someone you can truly trust to love and care your dog. 🫶🏼

After my previous groomer unexpectedly moved out of state, I was nervous about finding someone new — but I’m so thankful I found The Haunted Hound! They were absolutely wonderful with my two cockapoos and delivered amazing results. The service is professional, caring, and reliable, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The owner (Shay) groomed both of my dogs, and they came out looking (and smelling!) absolutely amazing. She was so patient and gentle — you can tell she truly cares about animals. My dogs can be a little nervous, but they were relaxed and happy when I picked them up. Their coats are soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who treats your pups like family!
