The Grooming Lodge

I’ve been bringing my standard poodle, Poco, to The Grooming Lodge for just over a year now, and they’ve been great every time. We always do a bath and haircut, and he comes out looking great. The staff is super friendly and prices are very reasonable for the quality of service, especially compared to other groomers in the area. They’re great at communicating — if he’s a bit matted, they’ll let me know before shaving more than expected, and they always handle it professionally. Sometimes they even send pictures or follow-up afterwards, which I really appreciate. We usually see Jordan, and she always does an awesome job. Highly recommend!

Amy& Hailey were amazing with my very fearful dog. He had a bad experience at a different groomer and the patience and creativity in getting Harris groomed was so appreciated! They went above and beyond what any other groomer would do. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with them. Thank you for your caring, patience and persistence! You ladies are the best!

This is our fourth visit here with our new puppy, and I’ve been very happy every time! Today, I brought him in with terrible mats on his head due to being in a cone for two weeks after surgery, and fully anticipated picking up a totally shaven pup. Instead, Jennifer was able to get the mats out and give him a beautiful haircut. They are very fast (brought him in at 7:30, and picked him up at 10:20), and extremely kind. It’s obvious that the staff loves their jobs as well as the animals that they care for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Rizzo is a Shorkie. (Shih-Tzu/Yorkshire Terrier mix.)

My dog was butchered. They didn’t cut her nails properly. They shaved her bare bc they said she was ‘matted’ even tho she’s been to other places and we never had an issue. They shaved her ears so close they cut her and she had scans for a month. NOPE!

We’ve been bringing our Maltipoo Izzy here for 10 years. They do a great job!
