Dr. Jenna Butler is incredible! Without a doubt, one of the most qualified, knowledgeable, and compassionate veterinarians we’ve ever met. Her love for animals shines through in everything she does. She treats Flynn as if he were her own, and that level of genuine care means the world to us. Dr. Butler stays ahead of any and all canine breakthroughs and is quick to recommend the best products and services. Update: from 2 stars to 3 I received a call from Madeline who was very empathetic and compassionate. To be fair, most of the staff have been wonderful and I want to emphasize that I would still recommend Dr.Mullins to my own family members for their needs. Most staff have been great. Not too pleased with a judgmental doctor when we were going through a tough time. Of course we don’t want our dog to suffer. She was the one to tell us to come on a Saturday to get treatment for our dog but when we went there, we were greeted with a very rude “what are you doing?” We opted for veterinary hospice. I would not want that doctor handling my dog’s death. Otherwise the techs, the reception, Dr. Cody Mullins have been great. Mind you our dog was initially diagnosed with the liver is

From the front desk, technicians, to the doctors, everyone I’ve encountered has been wonderful! I have lots of animals and any time we’ve had a medical issue- they’ve been able to get us in same day or within 1-2 days if needed. We’ve even gone to both dentists who were great also! One of my dogs can be reactive and needs people to go slow, and everyone has been great and respectful with him making it a more positive experience. Grateful to have this vet local.

The staff at Animal Care Center of Barrington are amazing. I am confident that every time I board BlackJack he will have the best care. He is a senior lab (age 13) and everyone understands his needs. They are caring and patient and I am so glad BlackJack is well-cared for when he is not with his family. I truly appreciate the staff at Animal Care Center of Barrington.
