I really appreciate them having next day weekday availability since my regular place is booked a month out. You know how hard it is to find any last minute openings for this type of service typically. I booked for a different time online, but got a call from them the next morning to move the appointment up by 2.5 hours. Normally that might be a problem.. Luckily, I was able to move things around to make it work so that change didn’t mess up our schedule entirely. Communications were great. It took them approximately 2 hours for small size dog grooming. The length and style I requested was completed just like I asked. His tear stains were cleaned up nicely. There’s a few bald spots on my dog’s chest and leg, but I don’t mind since they’re not too obvious. The staff don’t look too friendly u

For the longest time I was looking for a groomer for my pups. One of my dogs is a big boy, fluffy and has a thick undercoat. He was in a really bad condition and I was desperate to find someone who's willing to help him. But the second I would explain to the other groomers his condition they would reject him. I came across doggy laundry through Google and I msg them. When I tell you these ppl took him in with open arms im not joking. The first time he was there for almost 4 hours. Not a single part of him was shaved and he looked like a different dog. They are kind, understanding and have a genuine passion to help your pup. Both of my dogs love going there and I am forever grateful for them. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our dog to Green Dog Grooming for a few years. Recently, he left with a terrible haircut and nicks and cuts. The groomer claimed that because the do was matted, he scratched himself and hence the nicks. What doesn't add up is that even the tip of his tail was bruised after the haircut. When we reached out back to the groomers, all we got was justification as to why it was none of their fault. See the previous before and after pictures, and you be the judge.
