Inca's Secret Parrot & Bird Toys/Boarding

Went to this store for the first time and it was very welcoming. The birds here are healthy you can tell and has a lot of variety and place is quite clean. I also get a chance to handle some of them which is nice. Lovely place!

My 11 year old son and I stopped in yesterday for the first time, and had such a lovely experience. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Jeff. This man is a bird whisperer, and as far as I can tell a generally wonderful human. He is also very kind, patient, and possesses a solid sense of humor, which is always a bonus. My “hands on bird knowledge” is out of date by 30+ years, and my son has severe ADHD, and Jeff took it all in stride. Seriously…. Imagine a kid who borderline lacks the physical ability to contain his excitement in a room full of freaking amazing parrots (who could take his finger off if they chose to) and wants to touch ALL of them. Lisa went out of her way to ensure a smooth adoption process when i came looking for a companion for my cockatiel. Edith was only 4 weeks old at the time, but Lisa allowed me to spend hours with her and even visit several times before Edith was ready to go home. Lisa has been extremely easy to communicate with, and is extremely knowledgeable on birds. Her passion for their well-being is evident in the confident, healthy, and extremely friendly bird i took home.

Great local bird store! The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly and offered thoughtful, helpful guidance on raising and training birds—even though I didn’t end up making a purchase. Really appreciate their generosity and knowledge. Will definitely be my go-to place when I need help or supplies in the future.

It started with a phone call. I told her I was looking to adopt a bird and wanted to come in and get some treats. I live an hour away and somehow I ended up on her shop an hour later for almost three hours. I walked around with coco the parrot, and I left with more knowledge then I gathered the last few months on Google about the Macaw. This women took time out of her day even though she was short staffed and she taught me about the Macaw, showed me around her facility and most importantly she trusted me with her birds . I don’t leave the house much because I have social anxiety but I never once was nervous about being in her store. It was also extremely clean and those birds are SPOILED. I feel like I developed a new friendship when stopping here!
