The Dogg Lounge

I am writing this review to demand accountability for what happened to Guadalupe and her beloved dog during their recent visit to this grooming salon. The experience was traumatic and heartbreaking, and the lack of transparency from the owner, Michelle, has only made it worse. During the appointment, serious negligence occurred that resulted in the tragic loss of Guadalupe’s dog — something no pet owner should ever have to endure. Instead of compassion, clear answers, or responsibility, Michelle’s handling of the situation was dismissive and deeply disappointing. Pet owners trust groomers with family members, not just animals. Michelle and her team are amazing at what they do! Extremely professional and my babies always look perfect! I have been taking them to Michelle since they were 8 weeks old and they get so excited every time I ask them if they want to go to Michelle’s 🤣! Her shop is so cute! I love that she offers daycare! And I love that she has an open concept and lets the babies roam around and not be caged up after their bath. We will be going to the dog lounge for LIFE! Book now you won’t regret it 🩷

I have brought my dachshund in the past and reading the latest reviews I am not shocked at all. I arrived and to my surprise my dachshund was looking out the window from an EXTREMELY high ledge in their “dog lounge” where everyone’s dogs just hang around. Dachshunds backs are extremely fragile and her jumping on and off of this ledge could have severely injured her. Needless to say, I never went back as that was a disaster waiting to happen and it’s sad someone’s beloved pet had to be taken away from them.

We have been going to Michelle's for more than 2 yrs ..We love the fact that she doesn't cage our maxi boy.He loves to play with his friends .Maxie likes to follow Michelle and staff .He looks forward to going there a couple days out of the week..We continue to take Maxie there because Michelle and staff are great with all the dogs .

Insanely unprofessional business. Allowed a large dog to attack a four pound dog, then berated the owner and called her immature because reviews began being left on her yelp about it. This business will neglect your animals and then offer zero empathy towards you, and blame you when they receive backlash for doing so. Very disappointing.
