Birds Love Us

We took our African Grey for grooming. They did a great job. Lori is a very knowledgeable groomer. They have a lot of toys to choose from. Plus many parrots to purchase. A cute toucan plus others that recently came out of the nursery & ready for purchase.

I have been coming for a few years to cut my parrots nail. Today this lady the owner of the store almost mutilated my birds finger. My bird was bleeding too much. And the worst She didn't tell me that she cut her. This lady is always in a bad mood. She should retired. My bird is very nervous and scared. I prefer not cutting her nails ever. I would never go back again.

My daughter bought a English budgie bird bought new cage and all to have him with love and care and the bird died. My wife went with my daughter back and the owner did not replace the bird nor wanted to refund the money. It's ridiculous to spend $80. FOR A BIRD THAT WAS MOST LIKELY SICK . AND ONLY LIVED 2 DAYS. I WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO BUY THEIR PETS IN APLACE SUHC AS THIS ONE WHERE YOU GET RIPPED OFF.. IT IS DISHARTNING FOR A KID TO HAVE THIR BRAND NEW PET DIE 2 DAYS LATER AND THE PETSHOP BEING RECEPTIVE TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE MONEY CUS THEY SOLD YOU A SICK PET. IT SUCKS. BE CAREFUL.

My daughter purchaser a English Budgie on Thursday 2/5 and the bird died on Sunday! She sold her sick bird and when we came to let her know she had no compassion or solution. My daughter has other birds and this has never happened before. She knows how to care for them Her comment was its very easy to kill a bird. PLEASE DONT GO THERE! DO NOT PURCHASE A BIRD . THIS SHOULD BE A MINUS 10O STAR RATING.

Michelle is knowledgeable & if you ask a question, she knows the answer! Merchandise is varied & reasonably priced. Our bird LOVES his black seed! Would recommend to anyone looking for well cared birds & choosing an honest store & owner.
