Happy Puppy Grooming & Self Dog Wash

This is the best grooming shop!! I was not able to take my husky to any shop including petrol, however they proved me wrong. when I walked in, the guy said we are the best and I said 'will see' and I did see. Cleanliness, brushed, dried amd groomed as if she just hitting he beauty salon!! she would never allow anyone to touch her paws, even me, but they got to file her nails, do the ears and do the D-shedding all in a good hour and half. Oh and the price was incomparable 😍😍😍 they did prove themselves the best🙏👍👍👌👌

They are so kind, patient, and take good care of my dog whenever he goes in for grooming. My dog is a very timid and finicky terrier/boxer mix that can get defensive, but they know just how to make him feel at ease. They do great work on your dogs coat, nails, teeth. Fair prices, no surprises (fees), honest service.

I had an appointment at a different grooming business in the next plaza over (Dapper Dog Spa), and my husband accidentally pulled into Happy Puppy Grooming. He let them know he had an appointment for 10:30 for Bella. Instead of clarifying that we did not have an appointment with them, the staff crossed off a random name, asked what the service was, and then told him, “Yep, we have her here.” This felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. Accepting a dog by falsely implying there was an existing appointment is not okay. Trust is everything when it comes to someone’s pet, and this immediately raised red flags for me. We used to take our dogs here to get groomed, but they cut our senior dog on 2 occasions. First time was one the ear. The last time was his chest. So never again will we use Happy Grooming. They service our dogs for years, but 2 straight strikes in a roll your out. No third try.

I was definitely not happy $80.00 / for a bath..My dog is 10 mo. And med sz..I asked for a cut . I do not know what they cut ?? And, honestly was upset..But, you live and learn..I will not return..But the young lady, at the front cashier was kind n hospitable.
