The Dog Wash

I never used grooming services here but boarding and bathing were great and they were so friendly. My dog passed recently but the daycare here was always a happy time for her.

I’ve only had one experience with this groomer but it was excellent. I have a Fox Terrier. Correctly grooming that type of coat is a difficult tedious process. It’s very hard to find someone that even does it. The Dog Wash does, and did a fantastic job. Scheduled my next appointment on the spot. Dog looks great.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. This is the second time that I left simple instructions and they were not followed. We have a Havanese, and they cut his hair on his ears off down to the skin. I have had these dogs for 15 years and have never seen one's ears cut off to the skin. If it does not grow back, I will sue them. Once before they brought out a dog that was not mine, and insisted that it was. Trusting them, I started for home and had not gone a block before I realized that this was not my dog. This place used to be number one, but management has changed and it is sub standard for the high prices they charge. The original owner was one of my wife's customers at Maison Weiss. I'm not a big "review" person but when I get so disappointed with the service, quality of work and poor customer relations, I just have to speak up so I can hopefully save others the headache. They totally chopped up and messed up our dogs hair and didn't bathe him. We provided a picture of what we wanted and they just shaved him down. Then said, "well there is nothing that can be done now with a it will grow back attitude." We will NEVER use this bad business again. Just awful!

Very friendly workers and they also cut my Labradoodle very well.
