After having a bad experience with another pet store i decided to check out Hollywood Feed- and i am glad i did. Sawyer so was welcoming and kind. He assisted us throughout the store and was very attentive. His professionalism and kindness was all i needed to become a forever customer. Thank you Sawyer! Great customer service, when I walked in the store I was greeted with the warmest welcome. I was then asked what I needed and I answered and my qustions was answered with no hesitation. Great job and I will be returning to visit again. Happy pup happy mom.

Every visit, I’m met with excellent customer service and a knowledgeable, friendly staff who truly care about their customers and their pets. Whenever there are shipping delays or a product my dog loves is no longer available, the team always goes above and beyond to recommend great alternatives. Their willingness to help and their expertise make a real difference. They even offer a policy where you can bring products back for an exchange if your pup doesn’t like it, though I’ve never had to use it because their recommendations have always been spot on. I love Hollywood feed. They have the specialty dog food that my picky poodle mix loves and the staff are so friendly. They have helped me pick out items for her such as treats, skin allergy treatments and toys. They also have a great reward system for primal foods where you get the 12th bag free and discounts as well. Plus my dog knows their yellow bag and gets excited knowing whatever is in there is for her. It’s an all around great place to get everything you need for your pets.

I love everything about Hollywood Feed. From the best food you can buy for your dog or cat to the great people that work there. They also have the best accessories too! I have been buying from this store for years and will continue.
