Has to replace the so called new part. With a new part. Second trip with in 2 hours. Thanks for the run around. If you are buying new parts check to make sure they were not returned before leaving the store. Checked parts before you install them. Sad days.

Not even a week ago, i went into animal health products for flea medicine. The guy told me that provecta works so good! Needless to say I’m out of $50 and it doesn’t work. Also the provecta you can get the same medicine from amazon for $25. Very disappointed !!
Great locally owned pet supplies store worth supporting! Competitive pricing & excellent service every time. They will even carry heavy items to your car if you need it! They have horse services as well & a vet on site. Been shopping here for years & will definitely continue. Highly recommended.
