TERRIBLE experience!! My mom went in and specifically asked them to do a TRIM nothing crazy and the lady specifically told my mom she was not matted and would keep all of her hair since the weather is still cold out and no major changes would be done just a little clean up. HOW DO YOU CONFUSE A TRIM FOR A SHAVE!! Mind you my dog was not matted at all she had perfect straight hair there was no need for a shave. They could not even bother answering the phone. Never coming back here again.

I always have the greatest experience when taking my doggies here. The groomers are well educated. No cages in site. Each pup is assigned a groomer, and the turnover is good. I enjoy taking my frenchie, because they know exactly how to deal with puppies with sensitive skin. They use great products, and my baby is always happy to go. I’ve been getting my dogs groomed by Taylor for over 6 years now! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
