Let me start off by saying DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! I had taken my dog to get a grooming service here, during drop off I explained to one of the female groomers if she can do something about my dog’s ingrown hair that was on the inner side of her eyelid, i suggested plucking if possible. I mentioned cutting was not the best option since the hair would still be there and it would mostly likely cause even more discomfort since the short hair would be stabbing her. When i picked my dog up she said she cut the hair in her eyelid and again i asked wouldn’t it hurt her more since the hair is still there they’re just shorter now which will poke her (its common sense) She said no the dog should be fine. Exactly what i said would happen, happened. My poor baby has been in pain, her eye swollen

6 years ago I gave 5 stars and would give more today if possible. Eddie has been around since before covid, where every groomer you dropped your dog off at a certain morning time and at the end of the day got the call ur pet was ready. Today, I see a lot of negative comments n ratings about the time frame, so let's review that and compare...have you looked into the one on one appts and length of time appts. are? Doubling the cost of which you pay Eddie's, and I'm assuming that is why you choose Eddie's in the first place. Their rates are beyond reasonable. They have staff that cares and has helped since the beginning, I've never seen any sort of cruelness, abuse or reprimand. I appreciate the care and time they put into my little girl and am grateful for the work they do. Thank you Eddi

I have a very skittish Australian Shepherd that was in dire need of grooming, and they did a fantastic job with her! I will definitely use them on a regular basis - my friend told me about them being good with frightened dogs, and she was right! I highly recommend Eddie's Grooming!
