We love Petsmart but i will no longer support it. I was treated very poorly in a situation that I was not at fault. Employee was rude and very disrespectful had anger problems towards me.
I like PetSmart. When I used to have aquariums they were the best. I bought a 20 long aquarium for $25. I also bought a puffer fish for $24.99! What was great was the return policy for the fish. I think it was like 30 days!
Drive up takes too long. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Decided to just go inside and get my dogfood and they weren't even busy. Two clerks standing at the front talking.
