They carry Fromm's food! They carry great toys and all pet accoutrements. The associates are all kind and helpful pet lovers. The hours are great for busy, working people, and they have a great rewards program (for dog food, anyway). Go support this great local business!

Warning: do not get your dog groomed here. My dog is the sweetest dog you will ever meet and every grooming or veterinary appointment he has ever had we have been praised about how sweet he is and have often been told he is the best behaved dog they’ve ever had. However, after the first couple of times coming this business for a simple nail trim, they take him out of sight and we have heard him through the door whining as if in pain or being mistreated. Very unusual for him and when being returned to us we have been told he was aggressive. This time we returned on a different day and time hoping that different staff would be on. However, this time after his nails were cut he was returned and we told that they had to muzzle him and the groomer was clearly angry. I believe the staff here do

I highly recommend The Dog House! The customer service is top notch, and they have a great selection of dog food, health supplements, and products for your dog. We were in Waynesville for an agility competition and bought my dog's favorite food the first day. Turns out Felisha had a booth at the competition. I asked if she had anything for an itchy ear, she had a product at the store and went back to get me a bottle. I was running low on dog food and asked if she could bring me a bag to the competition, and she did. I give this store a 10+++ in customer service. When you are traveling with your dog's it great to have a store with good healthy products! Thank you Felisha!

They are wonderful with my Jeb. They take their time and he always looks great. Prices are fine. It's more work than people know. Felicia is amazing.
