Balsam Animal Hospital

I had a great experience at Balsam with Dr. Kern. The staff was amazing and was genuinely there when we needed them for my dog. My dogs last years were much much better with the help of this place and we really loved the sweet cards from them after my fur baby passed. Each visit my dog was happy to see the staff, they made him comfortable and he trusted them. They made everything wonderful at every visit and they're very good people. They're kind, caring, and understanding. They're amazing! You should certainly trust them with your animals, they are the best!

Got dog checked after ingesting toxic raisins. Vet was thorough but also reasonable about treatment needed. Oh, and Balsam was also the only clinic working in a 2 county area! A-1 service.

Dr. Sage was great with my dog and was very knowledgeable about her breed. All the office personnel were friendly and helpful. And, big AND, the prices were reasonable. I was impressed!

Dr. Kern has been a life saver for my pets. He is so caring and so thorough with explaining medical information. He takes the time to investigate all potential possibilities of illness and finds the most appropriate and cost effective pathway for treatment. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else.
