Little Darlin's Pet Grooming Salon

I’ve taken my dog to Lauren for 3 years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience and liked the grooming service she provides. However, she lacks strong customer service skills when it comes to communication. I’ve called and text multiple times with no response to schedule. After 3 years of committed visits to her. She is also expensive and I have left an additional tip each visit. I ended up finding another groomer that is extremely responsive and half the price. I’m so disappointed it came to this outcome.

I just love Lauren but best of all my dogs love her! They have never looked so great. Lauren is a dedicated professional with kindness and compassion. I do not hesitate to recommend her and her services. You will not be disappointed. I just wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS EXPERIENCE HAPPED AT FRANKLIN GROOMING I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCORRECT REVIEW First, the groomer is an artist, each dog gets a cut that is just beautiful. HOWEVER, the owner "Millie" is very mean, unkind, just plain nasty. She spoke to me in a demeaning tone, I explained to her my little maltepoo was a rescue from a puppy mill and CANNOT be put in a cage because she has extreme anxiety due to being caged. Instead, we were told not to return until I got a call. Well, after more than an hour and no call we went to see if Lillie was ready. My daughter went in and was told to leave as "Millie" would get mad. There were no customers, the store looked abandoned, and Lillie was almost finished. When we got permission to go into the empty shop "Millie" was very disrespectf

I Take all 4 of my Dogs to this groomer when i can and they all always do a very good job bathing all 4 of them and doing their nails and they are very nice and friendly and their prices are very affordable and they are all very nice and friendly to me and my dogs. and i will always bring my dogs to this groomer.

Lauren was great I have a miniature goldendoodle her first trip to a groomer she did great and looked super Maggie and Sherry say Thank You !
