I was looking for a reliable and responsive sitter and groomer for my dog and found The Dog House through Google reviews. While Florencia replied quickly with her boarding rate, the professionalism ended there. When I asked to stop by for a brief meet and greet and tour, she brushed me off and said she’d get back to me shortly—then never followed up. No communication, no explanation. If this is how they handle prospective clients, I’d be very concerned about the level of care and reliability once your pup is in their hands. I moved on and would not recommend.

We put our dog, Lagertha here. Florencia is wonderful, we got an update whenever we asked. The place is big and our dog came back happy and clean. I recommend this place as a dog boarding
