Pet Supermarket

Very disappointing experience. The employee was extremely rude and spoke to us in a very disrespectful way. She judged us immediately and, for no valid reason, refused to let us buy anything simply because she didn’t like us. We came as normal customers, ready to purchase, but instead were treated unfairly and unprofessionally. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a pet store. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

Christine and jenny & this sweet old man are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to help without hesitation. They are wonderful , so pleasant, knowledgeable went out of their way and have the best attitudes. I had a great experience at Pet Supermarket (12553 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181). Management -- please recognize them in a meaningful way. Employees like Jenny, Christine, & the little old man deserve real appreciation, whether that's a bonus or paid time off. These associates are assets to your store.

The worst part is that I love this place, but Jessica (030200) was extremely rude and did not care at all to be respectful and professional. She raised her voice and me and my family and she spoke to us terribly only because it was 7pm and they close at 8pm. She said that she did not need to stay there longer just because we came to shop an hour before they closed and she went on about how she needs to clean after every customer and every employee. I was always respectful and asked her to back away from me and my family as she was using very harsh language. If a manager or someone above her would’ve seen the way that she treated my family and she would’ve gotten reprimanded for her behavior tonight. I’ve been shopping here for years and this is the first and only time that I’ve been treate

Please say “Hello” and greet your customers, especially if they greet you. It is very off putting to say hello to your cashier just to be met with silence. Not even a “Thank you” or “ Have a nice day” after the transaction was completed. Hospitality would go a long way with customer satisfaction.

Horrible first experience. I booked a self-wash appointment for 10:00 am and arrived at 10:05. I was told I had to wait an entire hour. The store only opens at 10 am on Sundays, which makes this even more ridiculous. What is the point of appointments if you don’t honor them? On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, I was told, “you should be here at 10 sharp.” No apology. No solution. Just attitude. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning
