I’ve taken my Himalayan/Persian cat (“my little princess”) to them twice this year, and both times the experience was outstanding. They genuinely care, take time to understand your preferences, and explain every detail of your pet’s grooming with kindness and professionalism. I came in for my Cat's first grooming session because she was overshedding and the lady that took care of her was beyond patient. Props to her for going above and beyond even when my Cat was very stressed and afraid. I was so happy with the result and the shedding stopped for over 4 months!!

I took my fluffy Maltese there to get cleaned and I told them to only cut the face a little bit. When I went to pick her up she was completely bald and her face had a disgusting shape. I love my dog but now she looks like a rat. When I asked the lady about it she said that she had a lot of knots and that’s why they had to cut all her hair off, but they should’ve called me first, and her hair was around an inch and a half long and last time I checked she didn’t have any knots. I also couldn’t help notice that she smells like something burnt. I can’t tell if it’s cigarettes or if the blow drier was too hot but every time I hold her she smells weird. I brought my corgi in for a full grooming and the groomer paid extra attention to details. She was very informative about the care and the after care for my baby. My corgi came home soft and cute

I’ve been using Advance Pet Grooming for about 3 years with my dog Max. I recently adopted a Shorkie puppy, we took him in for his first visit just a couple weeks ago… WOW..they did such a good job on Bruce. He looked like a brand new puppy ! Smelled great, looked great and he seemed very happy with his services. They are very kind and professional.
