The owner is Donna I have been going there at least 20 years she and her husband are very nice. The groomer I use is Emily I love her and Sophie loves to be groomed by her. She look s really good.

I've been taking my fluffs here for years and honestly love the work they do.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! I've been with Donna for over 18 years total. She took care of my last dog, Mulligan, throughout his old age, treated him with love and care, and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I've since taken my next dog, Baxter, to her for the past 13+ years. Donna and staff are knowledgeable, always professional while loving and sweet, and the business is very professionally run and clean. I wouldn't take my pets (children) anywhere else! The Dog House is understandably routinely booked.......good places are! If you are looking for a place to establish a long-term relationship with, The Dog House is ideal. If you are looking for a quick service (again, she stays booked because she and staff are great!) you might want to check into a large pet store set-up

I've been bringing my babies here since I moved from Buford to Flowery Branch...i wouldn't take them anywhere else now. I have taken all our Pomeranians there, they usually don't like going to the groomer, they love it here! Elizabeth is wonderful my poms. Donna and Randy are super friendly! I've seen negative comments about them not taking new customers...there IS a reason for that....they stay so busy with happy customers...and it's a small, personal place! I make my next appointment when I pick them up...i usually bring 3 at a time...out of 5! I've never been disappointed...even when I took my old girl Simone in for her nails, she would bite me if I tried to do her nails, she kissed Elizabeth the whole time she did them!
