Horrible experience with the service and grooming today. Not only did we not get the haircut we asked for, but it was incredibly uneven. On top of that, during pick up the owner tried to insinuate that we were abandoning our dog because we did not pick up immediately after. The traffic in the area is horrible and it is Saturday. We had to get there. Why on earth would we abandon our beloved 16 year old dog? The woman also tried to insinuate that she was afraid our dog was going insane because she was walking in circles. Our dog is blind and we informed them of this during check in. Also, that our dog is starving, when she is 16 years old and has lost muscle definition. I was driving 15 miles to bring my Shih Tzu up there to follow Samantha. She was absolutely wonderful to my Lulu and I am so so sad she is gone. She was absolutely the best As well, the rest of the staff was great especially the owner. The owner is a great reason to visit

I rarely give 5 stars but this is a local business who takes care of their human customers as well as the furry ones. I don’t live in Braselton anymore but still go out of my way to get my food here. Highly recommend!
