Bought 12 black neon tetras and they all had ich. Developed white spots 2 days after bringing them home. Assuming every tank/fish is contaminated with ich at this location.

If i could leave zero stars i would. this was the absolute worst grooming experience ever, they don’t care, they mistreat dogs and they lack of personable skills ruin their businesses professionalism. i have a blind shih tzu puppy and i took him here to get groomed, i called prior to booking the appointment to make sure they are okay and have knowledge of working with blind dogs and i got reassured multiple times so i booked the appointment. i dropped him off and i was explaining all of his quirks, things he likes & don’t like and the things i wanted especially with him being blind and anxious. i was pretty much dismissed and they didn’t listen to what i told them. first thing they did was push a collar around his neck and put him on the floor and tried to get him to walk which lead to the

we have been big fans &consistent customers up until the last few cuts...they butchered her hair the last time buzzer chunks and uneven lines-- looked like a 3 yr old could do a better job!! what was the final straw, we had an 8:00am appointment-- groomers didnt get there until 8:20--she was the 2nd dog to get checked in. the groomer said it would be 12-1, so 2pm rolls around and they say give us another hour...( we had to call them at 2:45 to check in)--zero communication from them. I get there an hour later and they say 30 more minutes---THEY KEPT OUR 13 yr old senior dog IN A KENNEL FOR AMLOST 6 HOURS -- I picked up our dog at 4:15 finally--do they take them to use the restroom or give them water...? highly doubtful!!! --- fyi, we just went in for a very light trim and nail filings. Sh

The veterinarians at the Bandfield clinic are excellent, and the store has the best variety and quality of toys, food, products, etc. The service is excellent. We never spend less than 30 minutes in the store looking at everything they have.

Thank you to the manager CHELSEY because she is a leader in customer service. Everytime I have entered the store she was already speaking with another guest and she STILL took the time to say HELLO. Greetings are your stores first impression. Thank you MARK for the knowledge you provided about the birds and your specialty with the fish. Thank you IVAN for the good customer service and assistance with the very large aquarium to my car. Thank you TERRI for being a friendly woman not just with me, but my grandson and the other customers I witnessed you converse with. I enjoyed the pets at this location and I bought two parakeets. A fancy one and a green one. I will be back for my Oscar fish for the 55 gallon tank I purchased with you all as well. Keep up the great customer service
