The Dog Den

When we first got our Doberman puppy, we had a tremendously hard time with her energy and behavior. It got to the point where we knew we needed professional help, so we started searching for dog trainers in South Bay. We spoke to more than five training places, but The Dog Den struck us as the most genuine and trustworthy option. Unlike many other trainers who seemed focused on selling a package, The Dog Den genuinely cared about both us and our puppy, and we felt an immediate sense of trust. Aly did an awesome job with our new young dog. Our German Shepherd, Geist, was with her for about 4 weeks. He came back to us a very well mannered young individual. . Our 5 year old female German Shepherd loves him already!

Great experience!!! We have a new dog. We sent a dog that did not listen at all and was unmanageable. After 4 weeks our dog came home with manners and listening skills. We can now take her places and even just for neighborhood walks without having to worry about being dragged down the street. We didn’t think it was possible but our dog is now the best ever!

I really cannot say enough great things about Ally and the Dog Den team. We brought our 2 yo Golden Retriever, Millie, to Ally and her team for their board and train back in April. We were really struggling with Millie’s leash walking and extreme noise sensitivity/anxiety. Prior to the board and train, we couldn’t get Millie to walk outside of our apartment complex because she’d be so scared of noises coming from the main street that would result her to pull us back to the apartment with her tail tucked between her legs. Whenever we could get her to go for a walk, she would stubbornly pull us to whichever direction she wanted to go. We sent our female corso to Ally after having our baby boy. All her training I did from before was starting to fall off and I knew I didn’t have the time to get her socialized and address what needed to be addressed with a newborn. Even though Rytera had a good foundation and structure started, Ally was able to fine tune her manners such as; place, entering and exiting the doors, recall, and more! Over the weeks I was updated more than I could have asked for. Ally listened to all my concerns I had for Rytera and she made sure to address those things. The amount of times I got videos of my dog and I was shocked at the progress in such a small amount of time was amazing!
