We've had a consistently great experience with Live Oak Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Haggerty is a fantastic vet. She is caring, patient, and always thorough in her explanations. She takes the time to make sure we understand everything, which really gives us peace of mind. The entire staff is also wonderful. Our Staffy tends to get a bit anxious during vet visits, but everyone in the office is gentle, reassuring, and clearly experienced in handling nervous pets. It makes a big difference knowing our dog is in such capable and compassionate hands. I would definitely recommend Live Oak to anyone looking for high-quality veterinary care. They're the best!

I have been taking my kitties to Dr. Haggerty and now recently I have adopted a shelter dog. She is the most amazing veterinarian I have ever met in my 77 years!! She cares deeply about each animal! Is extremely knowledgeable and is very much aware of the fur parents financial limitations and keeps that in mind when she suggests options to us in the care of our babies! We are ultimately having to make choices on their care based on her knowledge and options but she is very careful to share the knowledge with us and give us those options. I love her!! She is an amazing person as well as an amazing doctor!!

Dr Haggarty has been taking care of all my pets for about 20 years. She is attentive, listens to my concerns, and offers advice or solutions in a practical way without pressuring to do more than is necessary. I have seen other doctors at this office and have been very pleased with the care they all give. I trust that their advice is in the best interests of my pets.

I visited the Vet this weekend for my dog’s annual check up. Live Oak Vet was all decorated for the holiday season which helped bring my dog’s anxiety level down ;-) LOVH has been my pets vet for several decades. I highly recommend this business. They rank highly on ambience, customer service, short wait times, animal welfare, professionalism, pet anxiety IQ. Give them a call next time your hairy family member needs medical attention or just a check up.

Dr. Haggerty is very good with our dog who is extremely hyper. Dr. Haggerty is somehow able to work with, her calming her down a little bit and our dog will even tolerate some grooming. We do appreciate the extra time she devotes to our beloved pet.
