Alicia's Pet Grooming

Kenzie, the dog bather, is wonderful — highly recommend. Our 27-lb, 19-week-old Golden Retriever puppy, Isla, had her very first bath here yesterday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We went in as a family, excited and a little nervous. The team kindly let us sit in the waiting area with treats so everyone could settle. They answered all our questions, and we felt genuinely reassured as new puppy parents. We grabbed lunch at Kitchen of Grace nearby, and about an hour later we received a text that Isla would be ready in 15 minutes — along with a sweet update that she didn’t love the dryer but pushed through with lots of praise. Clean facility, friendly staff. The girls who work there are truly passionate about animals and making them clean and beautiful. My cat, Bat Bat, would not let me trim his nails ever, but the staff does it with easy and efficiency. He does not resist being taken for his manicure once a month. I am blessed with this great find.

Our family and Wilbur love love love Alicia! She does an amazing job and we have had a long history with her keeping our pup looking fantastic. He loves her. We are so happy for her starting her own grooming business. She is well located as well as easy process for drop off and pick. You will not be disappointed! I love Alicia's Pet Grooming, and so does my toy poodle! Scheduling an appointment with Alicia is very quick and easy; all it takes is sending her a text with your preferred date/time. She's so friendly and I swear she's a dog whisperer! Sometimes, my dog doesn't like it when someone other than me tries picking him up because it makes him anxious. But he never reacts or seems anxious when Alicia picks him up to take him inside to get groomed. I was amazed! :D My dog is usually ready to be picked up within 45 minutes to an hour, and he always looks so cute and fluffy (and the shampoo she uses makes him smell so good haha) I appreciate that Alicia doesn't put him in a kennel while he waits for me to pick him up. Alicia has been grooming our dog for more than three years. We've tried others but Alicia's the best! Alicia trims Millie's feet very short which helps keep the house clean, and she gets the right balance between "rat tail" and "long streamers"...I don't know how she does it but she works magic on Millie every time!
